Rules

  • The Students can not enter the classroom without proper dress code.
  • It is compulsory to attend the classes as per the time table right from the very 1st day of starting the teaching work. Keeping this fact well in mind, no demand or excuse to remain absent will be entertained subsequently.
  • Every student to take his/her seat in the class room before the respective classes start. At the most, a student may be admitted in the class room. Five minutes late, after the classes have started operating. Other students coming later than 5 minutes, may sit in the library and keep them engaged in reading peacefully.
  • No concession will be granted on the excuses like job hours, household work, difficulty faced in transportation. All the periods have to be attended. No student will be allowed to leave the class-room while teaching is in progress. In case of sickness or some emergency, permission of Principal or any member of the Disciplinary Committee may be obtained to leave the college.
  • Common experience with respect to student attendance is that majority of the students stop coming to the college, after the examination forms are submitted. This will not be permitted. Attendance is compulsory right from the first day, till the last day upto which the teaching continues.
  • Students are instructed to observe the timings with regards to periods, library and other activities. No transaction will be carried out after the time limit is over, which may please note.
  • Every student shall keep his/her identity card with him/her and produce it for inspection, whenever required by any member of the staff of the college.
  • There is a ban to bring mobile phone in the college campus.
  • Those coming on a scooter must wear helmet and to park their vehicles at a proper place.
  • A student, violating any of the rules, will be subjected to a penalty as decided by authority. Disciplinary action may be proposed against such a student, which may include in appropriate cases, dismissal from the college and/or cancellation of the term.
