Sports activities help the students to keep them fit both mentally and physically and to rejuvenate them. With a view to develop the overall personality of the students, the Institute emphasizes as much about sports as on academic activities. Sports provide well-rounded character: they help develop skills based on teamwork and camaraderie, as well as teach young people how to set their goals and persevere through hardships to achieve those goals. Physical, mental, and emotional development and upliftment provided by sports is excellent.
